Empowering Yong Men

Empowering Young Men (EYM) is a program created in 2008 by school liaison Michael Johnson, in an effort to reach out to under-performing students who have behavior challenges in the school.  The program, which meets once a month, speaks to students about making better choices, focusing on their academics, and improving their interaction with teachers, the student body and administration. Ritenour High School views this program as a viable resource for redirecting challenged students to a course for success.
(EYM) students from Ritenour high school listen intently as Mr. Telly Wright from the Father Support Center speaks about rising to a higher level.
