The Educators
component of the GEAR UP-St. Louis will focus on activities
that will help enhance instructional leadership and data
driven instruction. Teachers will be able to participate
in specially designed and regularly scheduled sessions
(with the option of college credit) focused on ramping
up their content background knowledge, differentiating
the instruction to address the achievement gap, developing
curriculum to support MAP skills and other professional
development programs.
